- Data Collection Service : TRKD collects patient data recorded by various devices, which include a variety of health metrics.
- Dashboard Monitoring Service : TRKD provides a monitoring and communication dashboard to Physicians, so Physicians can monitor the status of patients. The Dashboard records comments and recommendations made by Physicians to patients, as well as the time spent by Physicians on each patient’s health metrics.
- Remote Monitoring Treatment Management Services : TRKD monitors each patient on behalf of Physicians to perform the CMS required patient monitoring, which information is uploaded to the Dashboard and available to Physician.
- Medicare and Private Insurance Billing Services : TRKD bills on behalf of Physician, all applicable private insurers and Medicare, for the Services.
